Rift issues / Graphics, resolution/fullscreen won't save

I updated to latest version.
Chose 1920x1080 res and "Fullscreen". Applied.
Started game again. Res back to 1280x800 and "Windowed".
If I start playing after changing res and screen mode, it switches to 3D as if an Oculus Rift were connected.
- % Done changed from 10 to 60
found the problem, it seems the rift SDK takes your monitor with this data:
Monitor Name: Standard PnP-skærm Monitor Model: CVTE TV Monitor Id: CVT0003
as the Rift display, which has the same ID. Will update the rift SDK now and look if its fixed in the newer version.
